    Work Schedule:                  Monday-Friday -subject to change based on project assignments/deadlines

    Base Salary Range:            $55k to $60k per yearCommensurate with Experience”

    Travel:                                Up to 5% of the time

    Summary Role: Data Analyst

    The role of the data analyst is one with a background in data querying and proficient knowledge in SQL Server. The qualified person for this position will have a proven successful track record in inspecting, cleansing, transforming, querying and modeling data. The day-to-day functions and responsibilities of the data analyst will be to provide reports sourced from a wide variety of databases while maintaining good communication and reporting relationships with multiple departments, field management, and Company Personnel at all levels.

     

    Key Functions & Areas of Responsibilities:

    • Automate Revenue Management Platform
    • Develop Reporting using data stored in our Business Intelligence Software (DOMO)
    • Link databases from different corporate platforms including Operations, IT, Accounting, HR, and Property Services
    • Other Duties As Assigned
    • Periodic special projects and duties may be assigned based on Company need and requirements

    Qualifications Required:

    • 1 year of experience in a data analyst role preferred
    • Proficient knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL and MySQL)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook with advanced skills in Excel highly preferred
    • Ability to understand and convey Company Policies and relevant industry standards
    • Ability to analyze and configure data for reporting purposes
    • Ability to effectively communicate while exercising diplomacy, sound judgment and tact
    • Ability to deal effectively with co-workers, department managers and outside vendors
    • Ability to work flexible hours depending on various departmental project deadlines and/or Company events and sponsored programs (including a few late evenings and weekend events per year)

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Database Administration or equivalent from an accredited college or university is preferred
    • Microsoft SQL Server MCSA certification or MySQL certification is preferred

     

    Physical Demands

    • Stationary Position: frequently remains stationary up to 90% of the time and sitting up to 8 hours in a day
    • Move/Traverse: infrequently bend, stand, stoop and/or walk
    • Carry Weight: infrequently carry weight and/or lift objects (light to heavy) weighing up to 10 pounds
    • Hearing and Speech: frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with employees, coworkers, and all personnel matters; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
    • Sight: frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, office documents, and office objects near and far
