    Position Summary:
    Our Call Center is seeking Sales Center Representatives interested in working with an opportunity for advancement with one of the leading providers of self-storage in the United States. The qualified candidates should be an energetic, outgoing, self-starters, who have excellent sales, marketing and customer service skills.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
    • Provide outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone inquiries
    • Present, promote and sell products/services based on customer’s needs and availability listed in the system.
    • Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries in a chat format
    • Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
    • Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
    • Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; forwarding requests to facility/management appropriately
    • Effectively communicate with management and fellow associates
    • Regular worksite attendance in accordance with Company’s Attendance Policy is required for this position
    • Periodic special projects and other duties may be assigned based on Company need and requirements

    Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
    • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
    • Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
    • Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
    • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
    • Ability to type 30 wpm+
    • Previous telesales experience a plus, but not required
